Article 1 - Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between NO'MADE, a company specializing in the sale of vintage clothing, and any person making a purchase via its website.

Article 2 - Products
The items sold by NO'MADE are vintage clothing, carefully selected. Most of the products presented on the site are unique items because they are old and/or second-hand clothing and accessories. Despite the care taken in selecting the items, some deterioration due to time cannot sometimes be avoided. They are indicated in the description of the items, however some things may escape the Seller's vigilance. These always discreet alterations are an integral part of the history and charm of the item. Sometimes, no size is indicated on the item, or it is clearly distorted by its era. In these cases, an estimate of the size is indicated in the description of the item. The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but they cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.

Shipping costs appear at the end of the customer's selection of different products.

ARTICLE 3: Availability of products

NO'MADE sells second-hand items, each item is unique, there is no stock. The first person to pay will be the first served.

Article 4 - Price
The prices displayed are in euros and include all taxes (TTC). NO'MADE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rate in effect at the time of the order.

Article 5 - Orders
Any order placed on the NO'MADE website implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. An order confirmation will be sent by email.

All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. The confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

NO'MADE will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order.

NO'MADE reserves the right to refuse the order, for example for any abnormal request, made in bad faith or for any legitimate reason.

Article 6 - Payment
Orders are paid for using the secure payment methods available on the site. The order will only be shipped after payment has been validated.

Article 7 - Shipping

After order confirmation, NO'MADE undertakes to deliver to its carrier, all the references ordered by the buyer, within a maximum period of 72 working hours. This carrier undertakes, by contract with NO'MADE, to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by NO'MADE.

In addition, for deliveries outside metropolitan France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received. NO'MADE is therefore released from all legal liability if the payment of taxes is not made by the customer.

Items are shipped to the address indicated when ordering. NO'MADE cannot be held responsible for delays or losses attributable to delivery services. Shipping costs are indicated when confirming the order.

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has a period of 14 days after receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal. The items must be returned in the same condition, at the buyer's expense. NO'MADE will proceed with the refund within 14 days after receipt of the return.

Article 9 - Return and withdrawal
In accordance with article L121-20 of the consumer code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the item to return, at his own expense, the products ordered for reimbursement.

NOMADIC undertakes to reimburse you within a maximum of 14 days for any defective or non-compliant item, provided that it is returned within the time limit. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded, the return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Any incomplete, unlabeled or damaged product will not be accepted.

Article 10 - Personal data
The information collected during orders is intended for sales management and will not be transferred to third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, the buyer has the right to access, modify and delete their personal data.

ARTICLE 11 - Liability
All elements of the NO'MADE site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of NO'MADE.

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or audio.

The texts, logos, photographs and other symbols used on NO'MADE cannot, without the agreement of the site, be partially or entirely reproduced.
